Depends on which brand you choose, and where you buy it from. You could probably pick one up for around $400 - $500 bucks. That's just for the parts. Of course labor is going to be more. And then you are going to have to put new tires and rims on a lifted truck. So you're looking at around at least $1400 bucks for the wheels/tires.

Take $3K to your local 4WD store and have them do it all at the same time. 1 - 2 day turn around and you're looking at a totally different truck.

Good Luck..............JB

"big trucks, big bucks"

how much $$$ youll spend only depends on how big you want to go. the suspension is 1 thing, then theres albor to install (if you cant do it yourself). then theres rims and tires to go woth the lift. after that, you'll probably want to re-gear the rearend. its a neverending process, but dont get discouraged because remember, you dont have to do it all at a time. get the lift and tires first, then go form there. as far as how much $ for the lifts, it really depends on the brand. rancho now makes 2WD lifts, but theyre a little expensive. i know pro comp and rough country make some not-so-expensive lifts. fabtech makes a great lift also, but they cost a pretty penny (well worth it though from what ive heard). good luck!

bring the check book. if what you want is to get as high as you can then get fabtechs long travel kit, body lift, coil spacers, rear blocks, add a leafs. that should get you high in the air.

Don't go with Fabtech if you plan on actually using the suspension. Fabtech lifts are for the street queens. If you want all show no go, go with Fabtech.

why do you say that? i know plenty of people with fabtech 6" lifts that go off-roading a lot and they love their suspensions.

spend the money and get a good lift. remember, thats what is keeping your *** from hitting the ground. i like my rcd kit and i feel it is quality built and strong. i agree with the above statement about fabtech. i have listened to a few friends say the same-kinda weak. just my opinion though. rcd lift installed-$1750
