I see that the new JCWhitney catalog has traction bars for our trucks for $70. I know they work great for hi performance cars for preventing wheel hop, but would they help a lifted offroad truck? It says it prevents spring wrap up when accelerating or carrying a heavy load over uneven terrain. How do they mount to the springs? I don't want to lose too much ground clearance.
