Post Does anybody here have a body lift W/a brush guard?

Hello to all,
I was just wondering if any of y'all had a body lift with a brush guard. If so how did you customize the brackets for the install?

Thanks in advance,
-D-

Have the same question. Went to an off-road shop and they wanted 5 bills (ouch) to install and attempt to make the brush guard fit. Also if you have dual exhaust or step bars they might look funny if they aren't lifted to. Suspension is the way to go if you got the cash!

Hey Big4x4

I have a 97 orp with a 3" bdy lift and a brush guard
that came with the truck when i bought it. When i put the
lift on i lookedat the brackets on the guard and id sme measuring
then figurd out that al i had to do is switch the brackets side to side and turn them over and i would get about 2" of lift for the guard the i just drilled new holes in the exact pattern of the old one just below. put it together and it looks great . sorry if my explanation is confusing. if ou have any questions my e-mail address is Bigern6697@aol.com Hope i could help.
