6" Fabtech lift?
6" Fabtech lift?
Hello to all,
Well I just got off the phone with Four Wheel Parts in Dallas and they have the new 4x4 6" Fabtech lift kit in stock. The price for the Fabtech lift is the same as the Rancho 4" lift . He priced the Rancho lift at $1732.00 for the kit & $2600.00 installed. The Fabtech 6" was $1799.00 for the kit, & $2600.00 installed. The question I have is: does that price sound right? Have y'all seen it for cheeper? I have heard a lot of good things about the Rancho lift, but I dont know alot about the Fabtech kit. The man said that they are both good lifts, but I wanted to get y'all's opinions, so what do y'all think I should do? Any info would help.
Thanks in advance,
Darren

Sounds high for the Rancho.
That price that they're quoting on the Rancho kit sounds high. 4 Wheel Parts has the kit on their website for $1468. That's where I got mine done at. They charge 8 hours of labor to install the kit too so all total you should be around $1900 plus tax installed.

rtroha is right, that sounds a little high for the Rancho. Look at any of the ad's in the magazine and that lift should be around $1420. In any case if they have the FABTEK for the same as the RANCHO, you will probobly be able to find it for the same ($1400) elsewhere. Look around.
