Annoying noise from front-right suspension.

I have a weird noise coming from my front-right suspension. It sounds like something clicking alot and it is resinating very well and is very clear and distinct. It is somewhere within my shock and mounting surface of my wheel. It will only do it sometimes and it does it the majority of the time that I'm going over 45 mph. I was hoping it wasn't something that has to do with my outside CV joint, but I don't think a sound can resinate that well from inside the rubber boots and such. Anyone ever heard a sound like this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
