I have a friend with a 2001 4x4 Supercrew and he was thinking about getting the Superlift 5.5" lift. Is this a good lift? Anything to worry about? Past experiences? Thanks.

 

I don't know about that specific kit but i have been very happy with my Superlift. The parts appear to be very high quality and the instructions were great. However, make sure you get the complete kit. I ended up having to buy shocks seperatly.

My friend has the kit and beats the crap out of his truck and has had no problems with the lift. The only problems I know of are that the way the knuckles are made you can easily get rub on them. There was also a recall not to long ago on something. In cany case ounce I get around to lifting I hope to get the superlift also.
