suspension lift

I'm trying to get a suspension lift for my 2000 F150 4x4 ext. cab. I think I'd like to go with a 5", cause I hear with 6" or more you start runing into problems with IFS Fords. I've heard the RCD is good. Anyone know more about this, or if there are other better lift's. Also 5" shouldn't harm anything right? And where can I find any suspension lifts for a 2000 f150 4x4?

I'm looking for one too. I cant seem to find one for a Y2K 4x4. I thought about doing a body lift (and I still might in the future) but I want to get a Warn hidden winch and I'm not sure how bad a body lift would effect it.
