Is there a lift kit available for the 4x4 2001 Expedition? I have a friend
who has searched the mags and visited a few suspension shops. He
can find the kit available for a 2000 model but not the 2001.

Any help would be appreciated.

 

The kit for the 2000 should work. I am not aware of any changes to the suspension of the 2001 or 2002s.

 

That's the same answer my friend is getting from
his sources. What he wants (and I don't blame him) is to hear that a kit "will" work for
his particular application.

What we are hoping for is for one of the manufac-
torors to step up and make this claim vs. sinking
about $1500 american only to find out it won't
work.
