Wanted: Frame stiff'ner

I have been wondering if there is somebody who makes a product to reduce the frame twist when off-road, or on road.

I have a 2000 f150 ex cab-4 door-.

When I slowly turn off the main road into a parking lot, there is noticeable twist in the cab. (door gap change).

What can be installed to prevent this?

maybe anti-sway bars could help. ive heard that polyurethane bushings make the body tighter also.
