To install, mark out the holes on the tow hooks on the BOTTOM of the frame, then get a good drill and start drilling.
Get some quality SAE Grade 8 bolts and nuts and bolt it up.
You may need to modify the valence or bumper. I don't remember what the front of your truck looked like in the pictures you posted a couple weeks ago. But you get the idea.
