Were you able to get new shocks already? If not, I would recommend Bilstein shocks. That's what I've been using since 2016. They have one with height-adjustable shocks.

I would suggest you check this https://parts.levittownfordparts.com/shocks-and-struts if you haven't got one yet. I got them mine and some of my upgrades the durability of their item is good it is surely a 100% OEM. Let us know your update on your truck.
