Bad Axle?

Hello all,
I have a 2015 F150 and when I make a right hand turn into my driveway it sounds like somebody’s in my truck with a 5 gallon drum beating it with a drumstick hollow popping noise it never happens over bumps only when turning or stressing the truck to the right, it seems to be getting worse I was told it could be C clips in the axle, has anybody experienced this or heard about this ?thank you

I have an update on the noise I was having in the rear of the truck, turns out it’s a bad leafspring I never abused it or anything I pick up the truck tomorrow so if you guys hear a noise like that ever check your leaf springs thanks
