Question Caster/Camber Kit

2007 F-150 XL, 4.2 V6, 153K Miles
Just recently I brought my truck to my local NTB to have the front end aligned. It was wandering to the right a little bit. The tech said he could get the alignment close but in order to get it 100% correct it would need a caster/camber install kit.
I ordered a kit from EBAY and it arrived today. Everyone I have talked to about this said it's the best thing they have done to get their front end dialed in correct.
Opinions?

My generation (97-03) needs them too to get it right.

I was supposed to have this kit installed this past Sunday at my local NTB (December 1st 2019) but was running a very high fever. My appt. was moved to Sunday December 8th.
Q?: Should I have the alignment tech use Blue Thread Loctite on the lower control arm threads when he does his final torque tightening?
