Struts replace

I have a 2008 4WD XLT.
Iwant to replace the damaged coils.
Are the 2010 F150 Raptor front struts and coils suitable for my 2008?

I don't think so. But others might chime in.

I would just get the HD payload package springs and struts. Gives a harsher ride, but might be OK for you.
