I have a 2013 Ford F150 Tuscany Badlander need to change rims

I want to change my rims and tires on my 2013 Ford F150 Tuscany Badlander. the original tires are 325/60R20 and the rims are peeling. It has a 6" pro-comp lift and I want a smaller tire that isn't as wide and to purchase new rims. I would prefer a 295/65/R20 or 295/60R/20 but I'm not sure what size rim to by I get confused with offset and backspacing. Will a 20x9 with a 5" backspace and 0 offset work or do I need something different? Thanks for the help. I'm open to any option that will work. Also do any of you know what are the rim specification on the Tuscany's that come with there trucks mods.
