I have a 04 F150 FX4, I have leveling spacer now but can’t afford lift spindles. I was thinking about buying the Rancho lift shocks for 2 more inches or the Skyjacker ones and put my spacer on top of that to give me 4.5 in total lift. Anyone ever tried this or would it cause some issues with the rest of the front suspension? Any suggestions and comments are a great help.
