Front end shaking, grinding, dragging

My truck is a 99 f-150 lariat, 5.4 engine. A month ago I put on a rough country 5 inch suspension lift. I have not been able to use the truck since, it has been sitting in my drive.
The problem is after the lift, a horrible rattle, clank, smack, occurred at the front end. It is in intervals, as in the same timing between each smack, similar to having a rock in a tire. It sounds very much like metal on metal, sometimes like a chain is dragging on the road. When going around corners, it feels like the trucks front brakes are locking up. The issue occurs going around corners, on straight pavement, on smooth or bumpy roads, and at any speed. I've driven it up to 60 mph and the horrible rattle occurs at all speeds, going faster and faster as the truck does. On each clank, I can feel it in the floor boards and it is quite prominent. So far no mechanics have been able to identify the issue, and it is really depressing, putting so much money into the truck, not being able to use it. I do not want to use the truck, as it feels like the front end is going to come out underneath me. Please, any help is appreciated. The entire lift has been double checked, everything is torqued down properly. The truck has had an alignment, which did not fix the problem at all. The noise also somewhat resembles gears grinding...
