I need to replace the upper control arm assembly on my '06 XLT 5.4L Crew Cab. It is not lifted but has leveling spacers. My ball joints are shot because my wheels/tires are bigger than stock
(305/60/18). I seem to be stuck in no-man's land as most control arms I've found are either OEM, or designed for actual lifts. My question is this: Does anyone make an assembly that fits my needs? Something "beefier" than stock, but less than a full-on LIFT??

 

Here are a few that I have seen for the 04-08 trucks. They are pretty pricey but can be used without lift kits. You will have to do more research to see but most of these require certain backspaced wheels to work. I believe these also have rebuildable ball joints. Hope this helps you out some.

Thanks for the reply. Those are pricey indeed. I think I'll just go OEM and deal with torn up ball joints in another five years!
