2010 rear end bumping on start and stop

Help,
I have been to the dealer many times to no avail. Thought it was the drive shaft but they tell me it's not. Rear seems to bump on starting and stopping, they put a big pad of grease in between the springs and it went away. Now it's back, I've been told it could be the shocks. I have 46000 on the truck. I have ordered Bilstein shocks which are being shipped now. Any input would be great.
Thanks

The rear bouncing on stops is usually caused by warped rear brake rotors. Don't know about starts.
