Front end pop

I have an 04 FX4 and recently I noticed a popping noise so I took it into the shop and we replaced the upper and lower ball joints, torsion bar bushings, sway bar links, struts, 1 cv axle, did brake job while it was down and replaced the rotors, 1 caliper, and went with ceramic brake pads. Popping still there and has gotten worse. Any ideas?

Check the torque on the wheel lugs? Tie rod ends?

Had a pop in my 05 it turned out to be a loose alignment cam bolt on the lower control arm.
