I'm in the exact situation with my 05.
37,000 miles, and the factory tires need to be replaced.
I have been planning on getting the Fox 2.0 leveling struts when they come on sale again. (about this time last year, I think)
I plan on getting 275/70 R18 BFG AT KO2 tires.

Check out the Bilstein 5100's...you can use them at stock height or set them to level the truck up to 2 inches. They firm up the ride and should work well with the E rated BFG's. Front and rear shocks usually run about $350 to 400 bucks not counting install.

Wink

Slightly bias but I would go with the RS9000XL quickLIFT LOADED. Level's the front and gets the ride you want with the turn of the ****. 1 is a softer ride and 9 is a firmer ride. Good luck in your choice.

Go with adjustable shocks like Bilstein and Rancho so you can level the front end if you want.
