Question Aftermarket Idler Arm???

Does anyone know who makes an aftermarket idler arm? The stock one has gone bad and my dealer suggested that I can get an aftermarket stronger one for cheaper. He suggested Fabtech, but I called and they don't make one.

front end problems

I have a 2001 Ford F-150 Supercrew 4x4. Since the day I got it I have had suspension problems with it. I had my idler arm replaced but I still have a "loose" sensation in the front end . Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
