How Can I Check The Lift on My Truck?

Just Purchased an 2001 f150 5.4 Screw in December and now i am looking for new struts/shocks and I am not sure what the lift on my truck is. Does anyone know how to find out? I am also not sure if it is a leveling kit or a lift kid, or the t bars cranked.

Do the shocks on the truck look stock? I think if the torsion bars are cranked you could maybe see it in the control arm angles.

Assuming your 4x4, you can post a picture of the front crossmember as well as the control arm angles and we can tell you about how much lift you have.

If you're 4x2, we might need more pictures since the kits varied so much.

I have actually found out that my truck has a 4-6 inch lift.
