strut alternatives for Rancho lift

I have a 2006 F150 Supercrew with a Rancho 4" lift. I would like to replace the struts and rear shocks. I have not been able to find any strut alternatives to use other than the Rancho RS5000 or RS9000. All other struts are too short. The rear shocks are not a problem to find alternatives. I'm not looking to spend a fortune on these. I will likely go with the RS5000 if no other alternatives can be found. Does anyone know of any other brand of struts that will work? I don't want to purchase any spacers either.

Bilstein makes a strut that uses the stock spring and has an adjustable perch for a 4 or 6" lift. I also have a the Rancho 4 " kit on my 06 screw but I added a 1 " spacer on top to gain some height. Now I want some more but I've tried posting and got no answers. Thinking of adding a bigger block or getting some bilsteins or even a set of raptor shocks.

Skyjacker 4" lift kit and Bilstein shocks would also be a great combo.
