How much do I have to lift to clear 37's

I have a 2008 f150 fx4 with stock 20" rims. I want to put 37's on my truck but don't know how much I need to lift it to clear them without rubbing. Also could I even put 12.5 wide tires on the stock rim? I'm not sure how wide it is.

You can fit 12.5s on the stock rims, and 35s with a level kit. 37s require a minimum 6" lift, or closer to a 8" if you take it off road

Stock wheels don't work with any available lifts. You have to add 2" spacers to make them work, which is not something I would do with 37s on them. If you have 9" wide wheels with 4.5 - 5" of backspacing, trim the HELL out of your valance, and are fine with some rubbing, you can fit 37s on 6". Otherwise you need 8".

To clear the 35's would a 2" leveling kit be fine? Or would I need more?

I'd do a 2.5" and prepare for a bit of rubbing. 295/60/20 would be a much better size. 35x12.50s are really too wide for stock wheels and if they're mud tires, they'll probably rub the UCAs.

Pretty sure Cody's coilovers are cranked to 8" after having seen pictures of it.

To for it not to rub I'll need to get spacers as well? Recommendations on those?

A guy named Lakemarykid on here has 295/60/20 Trail Grapps on stock 20s with 1/4" wheels spacers and I think he last said they don't rub. If it were my truck, and I 100% didn't want any rubbing, I'd run 275/65/20 tires. Those will definitely not rub and are still 34.1+" tall. I don't like wheel spacers.

Installed leveling kit

I installed a rough country 2.5" leveling kit on my truck over the weekend, and now there is a creaking noise when I turn sometimes and when I go over bumps. I'm not sure where it is coming from though.. Any information would be helpful

Could be bad ball joints, sway bar end links, sway bar bushings, control arm bushings, etc.

There's a lot that can cause creaking when going over a bump.

How old are all the parts on the truck?

They are mostly from 2008. Only a few things have been replaced

Level kits tend to stress all front end components, so that combined with taking the front end apart could've sent something over the edge. All part of the joys of working on a vehicle haha.
