97-03 Fabtech 7.5 inner tire wear

Hi fellas, I currently have the Fabtech 7.5 crossmember lift and I'm experiencing inner tire wear. The tires are kicked out at the bottom and in the 9+ years I've had the lift this is the first time I've had this issue. I plan to replace some front end components soon so I want to replace whatever is causing this. Please chime in if you have any info. Thanks

Depending on what's worn, it could be the bushings, ball joints, tie rod ends, etc all causing the alignment to be bad causing the wear.

Yeah, I planned to replace all these items. Just parts alone are gonna cost.
Thanks

Do you have any bumpsteer issues? mine has mad bumpsteer that not even a steering stabilizer shock can help.

No bump steer but every turn I make the tires squeal. I figure it's best just to replace all the bushings, balljoints and tierods.
