***** turn clockwise and get firmer, FYI.
Do you still have your receipt from your purchase?

Nothing tell you which way to turn the them to go firmer or softer. Figure it out just by driving and adjusting I guess
Within a few months the rears were feeling bad. I didn't drive that truck to often when I got the shocks so I just let it go. Now I'm driving it daily and they are terrible. Got to get them replaced asap.
Fronts are great.

To be fair I will say that the rear shocks that were sent to me looked as if they had been installed before. Scuff marks, scratches, and such. So maybe I got a return set that was not 100% up to par. I should have returned them immediately when I saw them but just thought it was probably only cosmetic and that did not bother me.

Thanks!

Now riddle me this.......

Per Rancho's website and automated customer service on the phone:
To make a claim under this warranty, return the worn-out or defective product with the dated original receipt to the dealer or retailer from whom it was purchased or to a Tenneco dealer for verification and exchange under this warranty.

The dealer says this: All products offered by The Suspension Source come with a manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise noted. The Suspension Source will not replace warranty items. Buyer must contact manufacturer for warranty claim information.

The dealer was nice enough to send me a copy of my invoice that I couldn't find so that was helpful. I'll try to contact an actual live person over at Rancho tomorrow.

So often (a lot) the customer will go through the place they bought, like a Jegs, Quadratec or the like. It is the easiest way, but you can also call us too.

I too thought it would be easiest to go back to the dealer but TSS flat out told me that they don't take back warranty claims. Now I know not to buy from them again.

Thanks again.
