Unhappy Need help/advise please!!

I have a 2008 screw, 4x4, 5.4...i have to replace driver side rear leaf spring(one cracked). Now my only problem if the main bolt on the front of the leaf spring-i cannot remove it because the dam gas tank is their..i do not want to drop the tank-if thats the case il take it to a shop.
But i read alot of people cut the bolt off with a new one on hand...but now dont you still have to drop tank in order to install new bolt or do you just flip it around??

I appreciate the help...i couldnt find an answer searching so thats why i figure i start a new thread..

Not sure, but I think you're right. I believe you can cut the bolt off and install the new one from the outside (with the nut on the inside near the tank).

i tried to loosen up gas tank brackets-it helped a little but no enough. i wound up taking it to my buddys shop. he dropped the tank and he said it was a pain...but he got the job done, charged me $150
