Replacing front coil spring

Buying bilstein 4-6" struts and was gonna replace the coil spring in the process. The ones I have now are sagging a little, maybe .5" off.
Anyways what are the pros and cons between the regular springs and the heavy duty ones?

Thanks Earthdigger

Heavy duty ones probably just ride rougher. Probably not needed.
