True. That's all the wider I'd ever run on these rims. I am actually selling mine and getting aftermarket wheels.

Sdot, I still say to do a tire that's 295mm wide and around 34" tall. Not sure what's available for 17s, but those will fit a lot better and give you more room to flex offroad.

It'll stop turning when you maxed out the keys. But then you'll need to take the truck of the stands and measure the difference between sides and lower whatever side is higher if you want it even across.

i got this 98 4x4 f150, 3 door 4.6L in a trade. Came with 35x12.50x16's, has a 3" body lift and im not sure what else. No other lift, but I'm not saying the torsion bars havent been touched. Wouldnt be to sure how to tell just by looking either. The ride isnt bad, but then again, i was used to lowriders and a 96 ranger 4.0 on 35 Nitto Mud Grapplers with a toasted wheel bearing. So bad to me, is horrible to someone else i guess haha

You can tell if someone cranked the torsion bars by looking at your cv axles, if they aren't parallel to the ground, they've been cranked, or if the truck is level, they've been cranked.

Wheels look like 16x10 with around 4.5" of backspacing. But you can check by pulling a wheel off, usually stamped on the inside.

Really, how much ? Are they in good shape ? California! Ahh, shipping would kill the deal most likely. Oh well, truck looks great!

Used to live out where like new kent, hanover, and henrico all run together, couple miles from the airport. But currently I'm living in an apartment downtown to be closer to vcu, the 45-60 minute commute to and from school was too much to do everyday so I moved to the city. Can't wait to get back outta it though, too loud for me.

Definitely not a full lift kit, your not gonna find a full lift for under a grand for your truck, even used most likely. Gotta pay to play.

It's a component box. Looks like it includes the knuckles, some skid plates, and some hardware, but nowhere near the whole kit. Basically what happens is all the kits ship out split up into 2-3 component boxes, but not all retailers receive equal amounts of each box and/or they use different amounts of the boxes depending on say if something arrived damaged or got lost in shipment, they're only gonna send out the box that's needed, not the whole kit again. So when lifts get discontinued or retailers stop stocking them, they go onto selling component boxes individually. Which is basically good for people who need to replace a part and it's good for the retailer when people don't pay attention and they buy it thinking it's a full kit.

I dont blame you. I work downtown all the time and hate. No parking for a work van anywhere that dont cost ridiculous amounts. My roommate used to work at the old Bill Talley Ford on laburnum so I used to be up that way all the time. Not so much anymore tho. I've always lived down here in Chesterfield tho. Love the country side of it.

Ahh I couldn't think of any good reason as to why a company would sell specifically that, but that makes sense.

It'll take the better part of the day or two to install a body lift, maybe more if working by yourself. And chances are you'll have to cut some of the bed bolts, so I wouldn't be a bad idea to pick up 1 or 2 extras.

As for used, check craigslist, other forums, ebay, etc. constantly. They pop up every now and then, but they go pretty fast.
