2.5 inch leveling kit woes

I picked up a 2010 f150 4x4 about 3 weeks ago and I installed an autospring 2.5 inch leveling kit. Did everything right and had it aligned the next day. Problem is when I make a right turn at close to full lock it makes a noise. I have crawled under the truck several times making sure nothing is hitting and the only thing I can see is the turn stops are not centered and when the suspension cycles it bangs. I was wondering if anyone has had something like this before or could point me in the right direction. I would post pics but I have no idea how.

Found that it only makes the noise when turning right and hit a bump while turning. Now I have no idea what the issue is. Anyone have any ideas?

Can't find a scratch, scuff, ding, rub mark or anything else. May just have to take that side apart this weekend and hunt it down. Anyone have any issues running the stock 17 inch wheels? I see nothing rubbing. Still have 265/70r17s on it. Under normal driving without bumps there is nothing. Maybe the leveling kit is loose where it meets the strut and it causes movement when the suspension cycles (only bolts I cant see or get to without unbolting stuff

try making that same right turn with the traction control turned off (button center dash that looks like a car peeling out)

Well it stops hitting the brake on that wheel. Any way to tone down traction control so I can drive it normally? I know the sound has to be the wheel stops but you shouldnt have to slow down to 5mph to turn onto a bumpy road

Are you sure it isnt an upper ball joint? I had a 2.5 on mine for a while and when it finally roached out the upper ball joints it would pop and bang when turning...

How would I figure that out? Its very possible because it only does it when I hit a bump turning right though. Its not constant.
