That look like it may be bumped to 8" and he would like to know which brand the kit is. There are other pics of it in a different thread where you can see the crossmember. My only guess was Procomp but can't see it all that great on my phone. And it's very likely an AWD, so it is ~2" higher than his 2wd.

Post up one of the pics of that truck from the front. The crossmember is the best way to identify a lift.
Unfortunately, for us 2WD guys to get that look, we need 10". And our only options are a 6" with coilovers bumped to 8", a 6" with spacers and Bilstein leveling struts for 8", and then sticking a 2-3" body lift on top of either of those options. Otherwise, you have to get a stupid 3rd Coast, Full Throttle, etc. lift to get that kind of height, and those aren't good options in my opinion.
I'm in the same boat as you for the most part. My favorite look for these trucks is a 4WD with an 8" and 37s, and that's what I'd like mine to look like.
