Leveling Kit vs Lift Kit

Just looking for some opinions. I have read and researched numerous articles and I still cannot make up my mind so I figured I would get input from the experts. I currently have a 2 1/2" front leveling kit with a 3" rear block on my 2012 4x4 Screw with 33" tires. I am debating to put a 4" rancho lift on the truck. The reason is because I don't like the angles I see with the upper ball joint and front axle. I have also heard the truck actually rides and handles better with the lift. So far I haven't had any issues with my current setup. With the lift I will gain another 1 3/8" front and 1" in the rear. Is it gonna be worth the $2500?

if your going to spend 2500 you should go with a full 6 inch lift for the same price.

What he said^. And if your only doing it to correct the angles you might as well wait until parts start wearing out to replace the leveling kit. That way your only having the front end torn down once and your only getting one alignment, it'll save time and money.

That is good point, Pizza. I may wait until I start having problems.

They are hard to find for the 04-08 models but can easily be found for the 09-14 models.

Dustin, I am afraid the 6" will be too much but it is something to ponder. Thanks!

Your truck looks good. How's the ride and handling with the 6" lift? What brand of lift?

Rancho makes a good lift and allows you to reuse stock wheels witch also helps cut cost on needing new wheels
