I have a 2011 2wd screw that has 2 inch spacers in front and 2 inch blocks in the back. I'm wanting to raise the front 2 more to level it and run larger tires later on. Is it possible to go higher than 2' in the front on a 2wd??

 

Nope, 2.5" total at the most. If you want 4" you'll need to go to a full lift kit, but at that point might as well go with a 6".

 

I agree. Or another option would be to add a 3 inch body lift. But that won't level the truck, unless of course you lower the rear slightly.
