1" leveling spacer and alignment

I just had my truck aligned and I suppose I should have have waited until after but I might put in a 1" spacer on the front of my 2010 F 150 4 x 4. Will the 1" block effect the alignment?

A 1" spacer in the front will affect it some, it's hard to say how much until its installed though.

I put a 1" spacer on my 07, and going to put one in my 13. It doesn't change the angles or toe-in a whole lot, but..it will need to be aligned again as tire wear and MPG will be affected.

It will need to be re-aligned after installation.

Rule of thumb !!...pretty much whatever you do to the front end components an alignment will be necessary.
