Sway bar on low 03

Lowered my truck today. Front is on DJM lower control arms, eibach springs and belltech shocks. Rear is belltech 6400 drop shackles and 2" lowering leafs (I suppose you could call them that)
When I mount the Sway bar in the front, it sits higher obviously, but when I turn the front tires squeel. So, should I cut the bolts on the Sway bar and have it mount lower? Truck sits completely dropped, needs an alignment, a lot of negative camber. But Ford doesn't like including camber adjustment bolts for the upper control arms.

I'm sure someone sells shorter sway bar links for lowered applications. Camber bolts can be picked up at any auto parts store.

My DJM arms are also in the wrong spot. The perches need to be cut, moved and shortened...

What do you mean the perches? I'm gonna remove the Sway bar until I can afford to get a shorter bolt and bushing.
