Ready Lift - Great Customer Service!!!
I installed a 2.5" Readylift Leveling kit on my truck about 3 weeks ago. Yesterday i was cleaning under my hood and noticed that one of the three studs was broken on the passenger side, i then looked at the drivers side and noticed that to had a broken stud.
I called Readylift and told them about the issue. He asked where i bought it, and if i installed it and also for pictures, After telling him i bought it from Amazon and i did in fact install it myself, he informed me that Amazon wasnt a authorized dealer and that there were selling "old" kits, that Readylift had redesigned there kits.
BUT, he said dont worry we are going to take care of you. Just send me a receipt of the purchase and ill get a brand new redesigned kit out to you free of charge. I then asked what about the alignment i had done, he said he would pay for that too. After installing the new kit and getting the alingment send him the receipt and he would send me a check!
I couldnt ask for better service than that!!! Just thought i would share, the ready lift was more expensive than any other leveling kit but id rather pay more for great customer service.
