Shocks for my 2002 F-150

I have a 2002 F-150 Supercrew. The shocks are starting to go and it currently has factory shocks that my dad put on before I bought it of him. It sits on 285/50/20. My dad did add a leveling link to make the back even. I would like to put some shocks that would give me a stiffer ride and maybe reduce some body roll. I have heard that I should doeither heavy dudtyshocks or coilovers. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.
