When to Torque Down Suspension

Hey guys, New member here. Been searching around and I cant seem to find the answer to this. I found the torque sepcs for the front end, but when re installing the shocks (Quicklift) should I just get them tight, put the wheels on, drop it off the jacks and then finish torquing the bolts down or just do it all at once when reassembling? I've read the front can bind if you torque it down while still in the air.

Thanks

SP

The binding is with other components such as sway bars, upper/lower a arms etc. The shocks can be torqued at any time, extended or compressed.

So go ahead and torque the shock while in the air and then torque the sway bar and upper a-arm once on the ground?

My mistake, I thought you were just doing shocks. As you are doing the whole suspension, I would wait till on the ground. If just shocks, there is no need to wait.

Yeah, Rancho says you need to unhook the uppers and the sway bar for instal. They show torquing the shock down before putting the wheel on but dont mention when to torque the uppers or sway.

Thanks
