Cool Is suspension lift causing grinding noise when braking?

I have a 2005 F150 Lariat 4x2 with a 3" Skyjacker lift with 33" tires at 120K miles. When I apply the breaks I hear a metal grinding sound that gets louder the closer I am to a complete stop. The sound is a screeching/grinding sound that is in sequence with the revolution of the wheel. The shocks themselves sound fine when pressure is applied. The brake pads were just replaced. I brought it to Ford thinking it was something with the brakes but they said the brakes are fine. I sprayed a can of white lithium grease on some suspension parts but I still hear this awful sound. Any help is much appreciated.

When you are breaking if you take your foot off the pedal does the sound go away and come back when you pres pedal again? does the break pedal pulsate at all?

The sound goes away when I take my foot off the brake pedal. The pedal does not pulsate. Also, the sound goes away if its wet or raining out and I do not hear the sound in reverse.

Were the rotors at least turned when you had the pads done? Who installed the pads, you or a shop?

If it is something to do with the brakes you will feel it in the pedal if that makes sense. When my pads crapped the bed you could hear a grinding as well as feel that grind in the pedal.
