Upper control arm hitting spring

Ok so in my daily quest to get rid of every bang and creak in my truck I discovered a new one.
At full extension of my front suspension, for example going over a speed bump at say 15 MPH I heard a loud bang. When I got back to my garage I looked underneath and I am suspicious that the upper control is hitting the coil spring.

A little background on my truck:
2008 F150 4x4 KR
2.5" Ready Lift leveling blocks
RS 9000 Rancho shocks
Firestone Airbags in the rear

It looks like the angle produced by the leveling kit brought the relation of the coil spring and the upper control arm closer together. It doesn't appear to be hurting anything.

Is there a way to correct this, other than full suspension lift?
ie. a spindle with a two inch rise to it would probably do it without major alterations and cutting that frame cross member.

Thanks.

Go slower over speed bumps, even 5mph is a little faster than you should be going over them

What he said^. Otherwise your gonna have to go to a different lift. There's no aftermarket spindles for your body style to my knowledge.

This is a common issue with leveling kits. However my bistein 5100s set to 2" level do not hit. I think.....

04+ don't have spindles. and mine did the same when i had just my 2.5" level. i have marks on my springs from where they'd hit when i went offroading, that was full droop though

I am not sure about the ready lift spacers, but ones like the auto spring kits provide a built in off set to help with that exact problem. I know its not ideal to change out the ones you have for another set but I do not have that problem. Mine do not hit unless I completely lift my wheels off the ground.

When I had an AS spacer with the offset the UCA still hit the spring. That's what happens when you go cheap and cram something to fit where it doesn't belong which in turn changes the suspension geometry.

Right. It's not hurting anything, just an annoying noise.

Don't know if it's really the cheap option, but the practical one. I pull a 24' toy hauler and a full suspension lift just doesn't seem like the best option. I can't drop my weight distribution hitch any further down than it is. As far as spindles go I am referring to the chunk of metal that hold the wheel bearing and bolts to the upper control arm. Pretty sure they still refer to that as a spindle. Would be nice if they made replacement ones that mounted the UCA 2 inches higher to return the factory angle at least to the UCA. They make them to lower, why not to raise?
Thanks for your comments

Yup we know what spindles are, also can be referred to as knuckles. But unfortunately your not going to find them for your truck. You could always take out that 2.5" spacer and switch over to the adjustable coilovers, you'd have better chances of not hearing that noise. Or you could drop down to a 2" spacer.
