I got a procomp Stage 3 suspension with same coil over as the stage 2.just wanted to know if anybody adjusted the spring preloads . or what is the best way to adjust it without removing the upper control arms ? . the reason ,i wanted to adjust it. because ,I notice that it is lowered 3\4 of an inch than before .and also I am adding a winch so i needed more height . thanks

 

Didn't realize there was a Stage 3? But it should have came with a wrench to adjust it

 

they use to sell stage 3 . almost same as the stage 2 w\ skids plates , Mx6 shocks and , and AAL.., as far as the spanner wrench . Its hard to to use it without removing the tires,, but, i found the easy way to do it . without removing the tires . a floor jack and a big *** 460 , 16 inches channel locks .
