Drivers side VS pass height difference

I recently bought a new 2012 F150 XLT SCAB. Today I shoehorned it into my garage for the first time and noticed that the drivers side body height is a 1/2inch lower than the passengers side. I took several measurements from the floor to the top of the wheelwells, top of the tailgate, and bottom of the mirrors. I have a full tank of gas (36gal) which may not sit in the center of the truck, but I don't know.

My concern is, will this affect my alignment, camber, or toe? Was it in an accident? Is this normal on some trucks and I'm making a mountain out of a molehill?

Majority of ford trucks will sit lower on the driver side, it's where the gas tank is.
