If you are using a 2.5" lift on the front you will probably have to add to the back with a larger block or add a leaf or it will have a reverse rake.

As for the tires on a 9 inch rim, you will have to do a bunch of trimming even though the BFG's are not a true 35" tire. The trimming will be off the front black plastic valence and the fender well flare at the back if you have them. I've got the same tire on my 05 with only a 2.5" AS on 17x8.5 rims with 5.7" backspace and running a 1.5" spacer and it is tight.

During the summer I run a 20x9 rim with 6" backspace but the tires are 285/65/20 which is only a 10" wide tire and they will rub at full lock sometimes.

I would stick with the +18, they will stick out about 1.25" more than stock and the tire is much wider so it will give you the look you want.

It's a 2.5" Autospring with a 1.5" add a leaf.

Dog'em

I have a 2.5/3 Autospring kit to put on my 2010 and just ordered a set of 20x9 ballistic jesters with 4.5 backspace and -12 offset wrapped in 35/1250's. I was told the 09+ F150's had more inner fender room. I expected I'd still have to trim but how much do you think will have to be cut.

It really depends on the tire, if it is a true 35" with large mud lugs you might be trimming both inner and outer. With mine I had to trim a little of the fender flare lip at the back and angle cut the front black fascia. It rubbed at full lock on the inside so I saw someone on here took zip ties and pulled the wheel well liner back and so far it works great for me, not sure on the newer models.

so you said you have the same tire on a 8.5 inch wide rim with 5.7 backspace and a 1.5 inch spacer so you have pretty much 4.2 backpsace? with a 8.5 inch rim so that would be like 4.7 inch back space with my set up with 9 inch rim and -12 is 4.5 backspace and your at like 4.7 so i would be a little bit tighter than you? ok i think i get it ... lol so if i wanted to be closer to you like 4.7 to 5.0 would be fine for me how big of a spacer would i need with a +18 offset or 5.7 inch of back space? a 1 inch spacer how much are those and is that about right and if so how far would that stick out past the fender? and if i havent got the rims yet to avoid getting a spacer could i get 10 inch wide rims? with +18 offset and be there? or what?
