Leveling kiT for fx4 vs. 4x4?

Hey y'all I just got a 2004 fx4 from the fleet at my uncles oil company. Great truck! I love it.

I am looking to get at least a leveling kit on there for an extra couple inches.

Looking around I see it's real common to just put the 2" spacers in the front. On ebay I also came across this:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/2004-2008-FO...db4098&vxp=mtr

It has the spacers in the front but also adds a leaf to help lift in the rear. Why is this incompatible with my fx4?

Also, any other advice y'all have on brands or methods or anything else to help me get a couple inces is appreciated

If you wanna maintain the stock rake, if you want to level get one without the leaf.

You are going to want a 2.5" leveling kit for the 04 to get it level. Anything added in the rear will give you your rake back.

edit: if that was an oil field truck new shocks might be a good idea. You can knock out 2 birds with one stone by using bilstein adjustables and get a 2" level out of them.
