Ball Joint changing 2005 F150

I need to replace my ball joints ( upper and lower ). These are OEM right now. Can I just change the ball joints, or do I need to replace the control arm too?

Upper ball joint comes with a new arm, Lowers are just the ball joint

Check out the moog upper arms and lower ball joints. Those are the ones I put in when I was installing my lift. Not that pricey and good quality.
