Sway bar bushings/link replacement part help

On my 2004 F150 4X4 I need to replace my sway (stabilizer) bar bushings and sway bar links on the front end because they are making a clunk sound. But I am running in to an issue, I dont know what part numbers to get from rockauto.

What size sway bar bushings do I need, they list several different ones, 29MM or 32MM and even 34MM. I just want to stay stock size. The moog part number is K200331 but lists no size http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo.php?pk=3445491. Ford list as 5484 but no size either.

Also what part number do I need for the bar links, looks like they have a longer one (which i think i need) and then they have a short one. They are made by moog, long part number K80279 http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo.php?pk=1057061, short part number K80278 http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo.php?pk=1057033.

Can someone help me with the correct part numbers to order, I dont want to order the incorrect ones. Here are some pics of what i need:
