3" is ideal. It's a shame you can't get there with shackles. You can get this with custom leaf springs. Eibach makes them as does someone else (can't remember the name)

I have some 2 inch drop shackles but if I install the will it bounce more. To bumps on road?
And can I use factory stock shock with this drop.?

thats not enough weight to worry about then, you could take out the spring, it would be a free way to get a little lower.

factory shocks generally speaking can handle +2 or -2" change
