Suggestions and advice

I just Bought a 3" front 2" rear leveling kit for my 2011 f150 and I just completed the front an I noticed that my upper A arm has a terrible angle where it's bolted to the spindle... I figure I need to buy a longer spindle to eliminate the angle it has to take to bolt up at the ball joint but I am wondering if that is the only way to go or if that's normal because it seems to be rubbing the coil springs... Advice please...

3" is way too much for the front suspension through just a leveling kit. You've found out the hard way unfortunately however. The most recommended is 2.5" or less.

They don't make longer knuckles either.

My advice, take it off and either trash it, try to return it, or try to sell it to someone else who won't do much research on it and figure out its too much until it's too late. And then go to a 2.5" level if you wanna stay as close to the height your at now as you can. Otherwise you'll have to deal with it rubbing the coil-over and it eating up ball joints and tie rod ends.

Read the sticky at the top of this section or the link in my signature for more info.

Welcome to the site! But, you found out what thousands of members here posted. 3 inches is just too much. 2.5 is the limit with a leveling kit before the ball joint angles become too extreme to last. I'd remove the kit and install a 2 or 2.5 inch leveling kit.
