08 F150 2WD Front lift

If I put these on my front, would it cause any issues to front end or alignment? Will it screw anything up? Impact mileage?

Thanks for any help!

I just like the look of a level truck.

3" is too high. It will cause ball joints and tie rods to go bad. Go with 2.5"

I'm not sure if 2wd is different from 4x4, but I know bilstein makes a leveling strut for a 4x4
